This was a fantastic presentation covering NASA's Space Shuttle fleet which is about to be retired.  BDAS member Malcolm Sanders took a look at its history, disasters, achievements and what the future holds for manned space flight.

Several authentic items were on display including a Space Shuttle tile, a piece from the wing and a space suit, courtesy of NASA Space Education's Anne Buckland.

This was a real great showcase of one of history's major space programs.

Congratulations Malcom and Thanks Anne.

All the BDAS members are looking forward to another great presentation next month also.
